Thank you for shopping with Nunez Beauty. Every order is carefully prepared to ensure your glow arrives safely and beautifully.

 

Processing Time

 

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

 

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

Domestic Shipping (United States Only)

 

We currently ship within the United States.

 

Estimated delivery times:

 

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

 

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

 

Order Accuracy

 

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Nunez Beauty is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

 

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at a.nunez@nunezbeautybrand.com so we can attempt to update your order before shipment.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

 

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Nunez Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

 

If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

 

Damaged Items

 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at a.nunez@nunezbeautybrand.com with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
